Drones Of n Cephei 8 is a space drone synth with dark and cold sound, 1 granular, 2 FX and more than 5 texture effects. The textures can be turn ON/OFF. Support MIDI keyboard keys, pitch option and mod wheel, also knobs and faders. Pitch wheel and mod wheel will add specific sound if is full down or full up.
ABOUT: the synth is monophonic because is patch up for drone and space effects.
For drone use MIDI keyboard keys E2, D2 or F2. Play a constant MIDI keyboard key/note to get a sound, this option is to choose different synth global tone. Drone music is based on low and middle frequencies.
Melody builder and generative:
NoteSeq16 will create a melody/song which can be trigger with a button (ON/OFF), When melody button is off (red color) the synth switch to full generative. The melody notes is setup by auto and here comes Sloth module which will change notes in sequencer in result all modules will change their sound and synchronized but every module will give specific sound effect.
Synth throttle, pitch and mod wheel:
The synth throttle is very helpful by changing synth octaves very smoothly, also MIDI pitch wheel is a second octaves changer tool which will give a creativity to modulate the sound between synth throttle and MIDI pitch wheel. Mod wheel (MIDI keyboard) will control Dark Energy cross and self mod, Grain FX spawn rate, SIN MOD gain 1 and 2 and OSC A1 stretch and decay input which will change the sound by adding some sound changes.
Granular and textures effects:
1) Textures: so rich with insane sound power and options. For the textures you have Terrorform OSC and noise module which you can adjust texture sound or change noise outputs, Next texture module is Dark Energy with mod button on/off.
2) Granular: will add amazing granular effects which will paint the sound in general. For the granular you have Grain FX and SIN MOD module is take a signal from Grain FX OSC part.
Double texture filters:
1) first one which is double you have 4 knobs for adding textures plus granular effect freq. knob a signal coming from Grain FX for the textures you have 2 knobs for momentary adding/mute sound textures use AMP A and AMP B knobs,.
2) double filter as well you have 4 knobs for adding textures effect freq. knob a signal coming from Grain FX for the textures you have 2 knobs for momentary adding/mute sound textures AMP A and AMP B knobs.
FX effects:
for FX effects you have 2 Moffenzeef modules which in the mixer is created volume and panning knobs moving by seriously slow LFO.
Drone sound
the dBiz OSC will give you amazing and dark drone also you have 4 knobs which 2 is change the drone sound and 2 knobs is adding textures. Next dark drone OSC is Dark Energy which will give cold apocalyptic and dark drone sound with some textures/mods depending on knobs value and mod wheel position (MIDI Keyboard).
Synth skins:
you have 2 synth skins in HD. The synth and skins (2) are Included in download ZIP pack. To open the skins right click on module Purfenator (synth name) module find ‘Image Background’ > Load image next go to directory folder where is the background image (n Cephei 8 1 and n Cephei 8 2) and click open.
