Drones Of Kepler-36 b is a hybrid synth combine dark drone, space, pad and eerie sound environment. The patch support MIDI keyboard knobs and faders and MIDI piano roll. The synth have octave changer from – 4 to 0 and from 0 to +4 and synth throttle, if V/Oct aka octave changer is on position 0 then synth throttle will not work. The sound is very dark and scary, perfect for eerie or dark sound production. You have two virtualizers:
1 virtualizer (number 13) – that is a OSC waveform virtualizer is mix 4 different OSCs and is show up full diagram.
2 virtualizer (number 16) – that is a global sound virtualizer mod wheel on MIDI keyboard will give a spinning on diagram graphic full down = no spinning, full up fast spinning the spin speed can be adjust via mod wheel. Mod wheel by turn up or down the sound will get changed as well like follow: OSC1 and OSC2 (number 11) plus two waveshaper (number 18) You have one granular effect with arrows you can change the sound on granular effect, also you have a waveshaper (by knob) connect to granular effect so you can change it original sound granular sound.
Note: every time when you change the waveform or modulate OSC1 and OSC2 (number 11) the granular sound will change is well that is on purpose to not keep granular effect constant also will give different variation granular effect. For both OSCs (number 11) you have two waveshaper can change the original OSC waveform (by knob). On texture synthesizer (number 8) module you have attached a texture (number 24) can be adjust via texture knob. You want drone, scary or pad sound effect the synth can deliver that with easy mind this for pad the synth setting are a bit different from the drone. For drone use MIDI keyboard keys E2, D2 or F2. Drone music is based on low and middle frequencies. The patch is consume high CPU power and in not recommend for low CPUs family.
Solution for low CPUs family:
Setup your MIDI keyboard and in DAW do the recording MIDI to audio (WAV) note: you will not hear how to modulate the sound coming from the synth because you will have very high sound spikes because your CPU can not handle the load the patch is require, here you can close the patch to work in background in DAW that will easy a bit your CPU
