DMTap Verb

A tap tempo mono-to-stereo delay/reverb combo with some serious psychedelic, otherworldly influence. Can be tame but it’s best when you just let go and dose repeatedly until you’re in the glowing haze of enlightenment.

Audio goes to a looper, with its own mix control and reverse switch, a modulated delay with an on-off switch labeled “Echoes” (I’ve dialed to taste in terms of mix and feedback), from the delay to the reverb with its own mix control, a Kill Dry switch, and the “Dose” switch which will engage LFO’s to certain parameters.

A tap tempo on the left footswitch will set the LFO speeds, looper record and playback times, and also a pitch-shifting sequencer that sends the loops up in harmonic intervals. However, the tempo of the delay is completely random, connected to a slew limiter that will gradually slide you around when you tap tempo. Everything else seems so precise with the tap tempo so I decided that the most fundamental thing you’d imagine could be set is absolutely not. Enjoy the ride!
