First patch upload!

This performance patch was inspired by the Behringer Crave and meant for use with an external midi keyboard for all note in.

Specifically, I used my KeyStep for playability and sequencing.

Some features were left out for the sake of CPU overall while adding 4 voice polyphony and plate reverb.

1st page has master controls over all voices for:

-Low Pass SV filter
-Resonance
-LFO for freq modulation
-Pulse Width
-Glide
-Bandpass filter for noise
-ADSR
-independent VCA for noise level
-stereo VCA for master volume

Left stompswitch turns LFO freq mod on/off with Aqua pixel to visually let you know status.
