The Sound: Turning FM into an Electric Piano
The core of this patch features the Bogaudio FM-OP module. While FM synthesis is often known for harsh or metallic textures, I designed this patch to show how it can achieve a warm, soulful Electric Piano (E-Piano) tone.
By carefully dialing in the modulation index and using expressive envelopes, the FM-OP captures the delicate, “glassy” timbre perfect for Debussy’s flowing melodies.
