This script enriches MIDI by applying a cc envelope to each NoteOn message it receives, outputting a separate cc (defaulted to vibrato).

In English, this enables you to automatically add things like vibrato to a midi note, perhaps increasing vibrato as the note is held longer, with configurable min and max values for the vibrato.

As well as using a multi-stage envelope, it also has a few hardcoded presets mimicking vibrato curves of real instruments like Violin, Flute, Tenor Sax etc…

For an additional flourish, it can also link input expression to output cc, so the harder you blow on an electric flute for example, the more the vibrato would be applied.
