Cross modulating the Buchla 259e’s didn’t produce as fully a chaotic/cybernetic operation as I had hoped. Note that each 259e is also FM modulated using their internal Modulation Oscillators.

To spice things up the outputs of each 259e goes to a wavefolder (Intellijel uFold), and there is additional modulation on each 259e; one modulated by a fixed frequency random voltage and the other by a sine wave with a random frequency (changed at fixed intervals).

The wavefolder outputs go to odd and even respectively on the Buchla 296e Spectral Processor. The A and B filter shapes are morphed using a sine wave with random frequency (changed at fixed internals).

Finally the odd and even outputs go to the Wasted Space lo-fi reverb as left and right channels.
