Voltage Modular 2.9.x patch.

This patch is guarenteed to be out of tune and beautifully broken. Use the mod wheel for futher nastiness.

Uses the Vult Vultari punk console based on a classic VCO made using two 555 timer circuits.

The ouput is fed to a Vult Slap VCA/ADSR, and Vult Unstabile bent state variable filter with cutoff modulation from the ADSR.

The effects are a (free) S_F X R_w Neon Hologram chorus, some EQ and delay, and finally the (free) R_w x AW Universe reverb.
