Beater Tester

Beating, at its simplest, is the name given to the pulsing volume perceived as two (or more) sounds of different frequencies are played together. The frequency of the pulsing is determined by the difference between the frequencies so 400hz and 402hz together pulse or beat at 2hz.

That’s how this got started. I have a feeling the piece probably sounds very different on different hardware. I created it on a Dell laptop running Ubuntu through CH700N BT headphones.

Nearly all VCV modules, I liked the VC of the filter resonance.
