attack is controlled by a single cycle shape generator (ramp up) triggered on note press which modulates the audio output level for the oscillator. shape generator formula is tied to macro knob.

knob is adjustable 0-127 equivalent to shape generator cycles (0 – 12.7hz). At maximum you get ~78ms til full volume ramp up, and at minimum setting (0.1hz) about 10 seconds ramp up.

release is controlled by blending the formula’s Primary and Secondary Persistence values (0 vs. 60). Macro knob at full gives a few seconds of release.

*Polyphony more than 12 (base 2+) can cause audio glitches especially with even longer persistence.
