LunarPlusTwelve – Patch A (NeilBgr)
A live-played ambient patch built around a single MIDI keyboard.
Keyboard split with Zones. The keyboard is split in two with Aluminium Zones:
Zone A plays one LunarPapaSrapa, tuned as a deep, dark bass.
Zone B plays the lead melody on LunarVCO A and B. VCO B follows VCO A’s envelope. Zone B’s aftertouch goes through a slew and sets how much vibrato you get: press harder for more. The vibrato itself comes from a LunarLFO through a VCA into the pitch offset.
Sequenced second voice. LunarSequencer, clocked by Impromptu Clocked, plays the second LunarPapaSrapa through a Quantizer, so its line stays in key.
Four drone chords. The four Lunar50Drone modules are four chords. One shared trigger switches each chord’s 5th oscillator on or off, which adds or removes its highest note.
Pads on MIDI channel 10. Six pads on the keyboard send on MIDI channel 10:
4 pads fire the LunarPads gates for the four drone chords.
1 pad toggles the 5th oscillator (the top note) on all four chords.
1 pad starts and stops the clock that runs the sequencer.
Faders. Two keyboard faders, routed through Aluminium Faders2, control:
the filter cutoff, through LunarJoystick into LunarFilter
the distortion amount on LunarFilter
Effects. Everything is summed in LunarMixer. Then it goes into LunarFilter, whose insert loop holds two AS Phasers feeding a Valley Plateau reverb.
Sequenced second voice. LunarSequencer, clocked by Impromptu Clocked, plays the second LunarPapaSrapa through a Quantizer, so its line stays in key [doodle jump](https://doodlejump24.io) free.
