Base Program
* Kaleidoscopic weave of polymetric looping, using four time-phased cycles.
* Offsets increase gradually, from multi-tap FX through evolving patterns.
* Default time spread: ~ 3000 mS loops, scalable from 10 mS to 12 seconds.
* Up to 24-second loop times – Series routing option – with faster buildup.
* Tap Tempo sync is prohibited. Finer granularity & chance in milliseconds.
* Insert Mode Program. Program Mix 50%. Adjust for loop presence.
* Cosmic Web – Parallel with Cosmic Web. Configured as dual-dual loopers.
* Optional Series routing can quickly spin into sonic chaos (if allowed).
* All controls were programmed to exploit the best interactive results.
INTERLINKS
* DUMP commands immediately stop either or both sets of looping.
* A single C/W DUMP opens up rebuilding over the remaining loop pair.
* EXP1 replaces the ongoing loops with new input and/or silent breaks.
* Gradual movement imprints volume envelopes over the new material.
* With some switch timings, HotSwitches can momentarily silence looping.
* In other cases, the loop buffers continue on with newer processing.
* Move EXP pedals, switches, knobs to actively modify loop progressions.
HOTKNOBS
Program [P] HotKnob – default (85 OR EXP1)
* Adjust downward to increase loop decay & reduce levels – all active loops.
* Infinite non-destructive looping by default (saved at [P] = 100).
* EXP1 overrides [P] HotKnob. [~30 second loop decay at full Heel].
* Interactions among notes will eventually darken, blur & devolve loops.
Preset [A] HotKnob – default (40 OR CC#1)
* Synchronized adjustment for Cosmic Web 1 – Length A & B.
* Set maximum delay time for this pair, then slightly offset A or B.
* Or simplify the overall loop structure, mixing both C/W1 loops together.
Preset [B] HotKnob – default (41 OR CC#2)
* Synchronized adjustment for Cosmic Web 2 – Length A & B.
* Set maximum delay time for this pair, then slightly offset A or B.
* Or simplify the overall loop structure, mixing both C/W2 loops together.
PEDALS
EXP1 (saved @ full Heel)
* Controls a range of (85-5) in the [P] HotKnob.
* Decreases Level A & B to 50 for both C/W instances.
* Increases reverb mix & depth in both C/W instances.
* Use to fade out current loops, while fading in new audio.
* EXP1 @ full Toe converts to ‘almost’ normal delay & reverb.
EXP2 (saved @ full Heel)
* Increases all detuning, up to microtonal eighth-tones.
* Spirals up through Crystals parameters in both C/W instances.
SWITCHES
* AUX 0 = default
* AUX 1,2,3 mapped to HS1, HS2, HS3 (momentary)
* AUX 4,5,6 mapped to HS1, HS2, HS3 (latching)
Program Alternates
0). Short manageable counterpoints, devolving from a multi-tap strum [~ 3.0-3.15 Sec.]
1). Instant input reversals, layered over regenerating loops in progress [~ 6-12 Sec.]
2). Rapid upward cascades of pitch-shifting, in semitone increments [~ 0.25-1 Sec.]
3). Atonal & microtonal processing, by semitones, quarter-tones & fourths [~ 1-4 Sec.]
PERFORM
1). [P] Act/Byp
2). DUMP (C/W1)
3). DUMP (C/W2)
4). HS1 [L]
5). HS2 [L]
6). HS3 [L]

I enjoyed this patch so much. Thank you!
Glad you found it useful. These kinds of ‘meso-looper’ Programs don’t align with everyone’s musical sensibilities. Definitely on the stranger end of the spectrum.
I’m new to H90. The way you use two Granular algo is brilliant and inspiring. Will discover the rest!
Look at this cover image!!!! I love it! Who knew that Brock can work Photoshop as well as he can an H9/90?
I’m working through your thirty or so Granular programs now. It seems every one is something of a sound design etude.
Thanks for sharing your very substantial body of work with the rest of us!
Hey, Tony, thank you. Actually, I set a hard limit for these images: Nothing that I can’t do with basic MS Paint resize, copy & paste. I have very sophisticated image processing available here, but I tend to get bogged down in the weeds on endless detailing.
I just thought that the Granulars – being something special – needed a little more than an H90 Control screenshot. They are soooo deep …
