An extension to Rings Clouds Chaos 1 to provide some more variation.

A slew limited Random Voltage source has be added to modulate the Clouds blend.

A Dual Pan has been added for the Left and Right output of Clouds, with the panning being randomised by two slew limited Random Voltage sources.
