Delays should be 352ms set to 3 or 4 repeats and 523ms set to 1 repeat.
The pattern is a dotted 8th rhythm if you want to set it with tempo.
125 BPM (+/-), if you want to stay with Tempo Mode. A suggestion, for more focused modulation, and maybe a little more authenticity of the original:
Mod Delay, Bouquet Delay, or Vintage Delay – substituting for Digital Delay – using approximately the same settings as a starting point.
