Insert Mode Program. Configured for Series Routing (default) or Parallel Routing. Program MIX 75%. CrushStation into CrushStation. Programmed for stereo use.
NOTE: In Gain boost to +12.0 dB. Yes, you can actually get this Program to produce natural feedback, fairly easily. Note dependent, and hold it long enough. Goose it with EXP1 at Toe, before it disintegrates into digital hash.
Believe what they say about this rare pedal; I can personally attest to it, sitting right here. HUGE amounts of gain, and an extremely narrow Q for the EQ control. This pedal is nasty, and so is this Program. Again, it could use a second noise gate, and clean picking / palm muting is a must.
Added bells & whistles: adjustable octaving (up-down-both), wah pedal action over an authentic center frequency range, and the aforementioned natural feedback.
EXP1 sweeps Octaves, Bass, Mid Freq & Treble in both CrushStation instances. EXP2 sweeps the In Gain from -36.0 dB to 0.0 dB (optional – saved at Toe). For fade-in sweeps, and some semblance of control over this maniacal Program.
All three HotKnobs are pre-programmed for making fine adjustments to several of the effects. Customize the sound, using these variations:
* [P] HotKnob (+/-) – adjust Drive & Sustain in both CrushStation instances. [default = 15]
* [A] HotKnob (CW) – increase Sag & decrease Mid level in CrushStation1. [default = 0].
* [B] HotKnob (CW) – increase Sag & decrease Mid level in CrushStation2. [default = 0].
Other options include individual Bypass for either CrushStation instance, and a Grit boost, Down & Up Octaves, or Down Octaves for both CrushStation instances.
See the Program Notes for more information on the PERFORM switch mappings.
