This is my attempt at recreating the functionality of ALM’s Pamela’s New Workout in VCV. Please feel free to adapt to your own needs or comment if you think there are improvements that can be made!
Features:
– Master clock with tempo rates between 30-300
– 8 sync-able CV generators/LFOs
– Euclidean and random skip rhythms
– Attenuation and offset for voltages
– Signal delay and phase adjustments
– Random chance via Bernoulli gates
– Logic
– Rotating outputs
– Quantization
– CV recording with adjustable loop length
* Note: the blank panels are just there for clarity around the polyphonic split and merge modules – they can be taken out if desired.

hello,
just an info: i tried to load the patch, but i see no patchcables, means no modules are connected.
is this intended?
i`m on Rack 2.3.0 linux.
Regards
hi there – no, that is not intended – there should be patch cables between at least a few of the modules, as shown in the image. when i download it, the cables are there for me, but i’m not sure i can recreate your situation as i’m on windows 10. is this anything you’ve run into before?
Hmmh, no this Situation is new here. I will check some other patches and answer here afterwards.
The audio module is also missing.
to vcvnovice: interesting – keep me posted. if the cables continue to not load, you could always just connect them following the main screenshot and then save it as a selection. there’s only a few cables connected to start anyhow.
to greentangerine: that’s intentional, but easy to change. i decided not to include an audio module in the patch for those who want to use this as a selection in another patch, which may already have an audio module in it. i suppose i could’ve uploaded it as a selection file (.vcvs), but a patch seemed like it’d work as well. thanks for the input!
Ah okay, I see…
