Insert Mode Program – Parallel Routing. Also programmed for optional Series Routing (pre- and de-emphasis Filters). It uses Insert 1 (unconnected) in Parallel to pass the dry input signal. Programmed for stereo use.
NOTE: This Program is saved with HS1 ON, for loading and easy return to the base parameter positions.
My take on “motionless” chorusing uses two instances of Mod Delay; each with Triangle LFO pairs set 180 out-of-phase with each other. The base HS1 values emulate Switch 1 for a lighter effect; HS2 for a Switch 4 heavier effect.
EXP1 sweeps from the lighter “motionless” area, through heavier, then to standard chorus-type values around mid-throw. Full Toe hits the extreme wobbly end.
[I’m getting some fuzzy crackle with expression pedal sweeping; no doubt from rapid changes of Delay times in conjunction with many other parameters. You may want to re-program to the [P] HotKnob instead, in order to set-and-forget a particular effect combination.] Either way, EXP1 full Heel – or [P] HotKnob at 100 – will override and reset the parameter values back to the HS1 “light” base values.
Interesting combinations with the PERFORM switches. REPEAT (L) ON – Preset [A], Preset [B], or both – latch metallic drones in the background. These can be “played” with EXP1, or used for automated interaction with HS3(M). PERFORM Switch #6 is there solely for momentary special FX; bending time and space.
See the Program Notes for more complete information of the PERFORM switch mappings.

Gorgeous dimension chorus. Another excellent program Brock.
I was a little nervous when I sold a handful of of boutique pedals to buy the H90. I’d already owned the Strymon mobius, Wampler terrafrom, and Walrus M1, and they all disappointed me sonically in one way or another. I’ve found most of the factory presets in the H90 a to be little too over the top to be useful for me. But these patches you and some of other guys one here are making are very inspiring and musical.
I am just as guilty of building over-the-top Programs, Brent. I like to push the limits of what a device can do. But I find it just as creative to try and come close to some classic sounds, even if it doesn’t nail it 100%. It all makes for great ear training.
The beauty of a place like PatchStorage is that you’re not restrained to making one or the other. (Sometimes I put hints of both in the same Program, for versatility). No overlords or marketing trends to abide by.
And unlimited edits.
Different strokes …
I’m glad you found this one useful. Honestly – and I’ve said this about the H9s, too – the tools are there in the H90 to “build” just about any sound you can dream up.
