This started off as an attempt at recreating an old hardware effects unit, the Lexicon Vortex, which somehow ‘morphed’ between different effects. The morphing was probably just cross fading between different logical FX blocks in the DSP, I’m not entirely sure (the manual is available online and shows the A and B variation of each patch having a different block diagram and signal flow, not just parameters). I never came up with a way of rewiring everything on the fly and smoothly changing from one effect to another, but got some nice sounds in the process.
Ideally, you need to map a MIDI controller to the level knobs on the Feidah attenuverter modules.
