Midi controls for all Animoog (for iPhone) mappable parameters

v2.0 – swapped out trigger buttons for the new switch button module. Tidy up project with sections that match Animoog’s (iPhone) pages.

v1.1 – consolidated Modules 1 and 2 into one unit

v1.0 – The “sync” on/off trigger buttons don’t work yet. Maybe need to use a knob instead of trigger button?
