The RANDOM modules creates random triggers which are “doubled” with a DELAY and used as GATE for an ADSR. The RANDOM module also creates a random stepped sequence. This sequence is trimmed to a range of 2 octaves with the 8VERT module and is sent to a quantizer. The VCO’s frequency alternates between its base tone and the melody created by the quantizer – this process is controlled by an LFO with PWM in combination with a sequential switch.
