Tape-ish is designed to add subtle through to extreme lofi tape-ish sounding character to your sound.
It’s a simple to use stereo effect with controls in the top right corner for dry signal level, tape-degraded signal level and noise. In the bottom right corner is a the Alias effect that controls the character of the noise.
The tape-degraded signal dramatically reduces the frequencies reproduced – as you’d expect from an old cassette. So you’ll lose a lot of high and low end – for this reason I included a Dry signal level for more subtle FX.
I’ve been perfecting this to how I want it to sound for months and it’s ended up being one of my most used ZOIA patches – so thought i’d share :)
