MIDI Gen

A generative MIDI sequencer. Each voice uses an in-switch module as a list of notes it can choose from, with a random value choosing which input is sent out. Clock division is used to generate gates, and the gates are sent to a cv comparator to then randomly filter some of the gates. The MIDI velocity out is also randomly generated with an attenuated random source. The last page has the audio input sent to delay and reverb, then to the output, so the synth that’s receiving the MIDI note data can be sent back into the ZOIA for some effects.
