You can pick a preset you like from the DECO videos and try the corresponding H90 program with the same name.
Compared to my prior effort, the new Sticky Tape algorithm enables better DECO preset approximations. This list is still under construction but getting closer.
I’m using the middle toggle position on a Les Paul. I’m also using a UAFX Lion 68 as a stereo insert amp sim between algo slots A and B. Any other guitar or amp will sound different. As always, adjust to taste.
The DECO is a VERY cool pedal and there are some DECO touches that are hard to duplicate with the H90. However, there seems to be something about Width -1.0 and Offset 1.0 that sounds like the invert mode of the DECO. Also, Offset 0.0 seems to enable the Width control to capture the wide mode of the DECO, but not otherwise.
Also note that the “clean tone” on the DECO videos differs across the various presets (some are really clean and some are distorted without the DECO). By contrast, my programs all operate on the same (very) clean tone.
