Grant of License Jonathan Schoonhoven (“Licensor”) grants you, the user (“Licensee”), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Software for any purpose, including personal and commercial use. 2. Restrictions The Licensee may not: • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. • Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party. • Create derivative works based on the Software. • Repackage, rebrand, or incorporate the Software into another product without Licensor’s explicit written permission. 3. Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software. 4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. 5. Termination This license is effective until terminated. If the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement, the license is automatically revoked. 6. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of California, USA.
